Registration fee includes access to business sessions and exhibitions, refreshments, delegate kit, entry to conference related networking functions, three days conference lunches and two days dinner. Registration fee does not include hotel accommodation and local transport; delegates are advised to make hotel reservations in advance to avoid last minutes rush.
Terms and Conditions
The 14th Edition of WSC, 2023 will be organized at CIDCO Exhibition and Convention Centre, Navi Mumbai from 15th – 17th September 2023.
Entry to the Business Session is restricted to the delegates registered for the event.
Registration includes:

Coffee/Tea during the conference

Lunch for 15th to 17th September on the conference days.
Welcome Dinner on 15th Sept, 23 and Gala Dinner on 16th Sept, 23
Free transportation from empanelled Hotels to Venue (List of selectedvHotels will be made available)
Access to Cultural Events/ presentation of excellence in export awards organized if any by the Organizer.
Delegate Registration fee does not include accommodation, airport pick/drop and local transport
Registration to the Spouses accompanying the delegates is mandatory.
Registration of Spouses includes:
Coffee/Tea during break period.
Lunch for 15th to 17th September on the conference days.

Access to Cultural Events/sightseeing trip/ presentation of excellence in export awards organized if any by the Organizer.
Registered spouses can attend other social events during the conference, excluding the Business Sessions.
In the case of Indian delegates, the delegate fee specified is exclusive of applicable GST at the rate of 18% and thereby, it is mandatory to submit the GST Registration number while registering as delegates. All payments for the Indian delegates should be in Indian Rupees.
In the case of Overseas delegate, the delegate fee specified is inclusive of applicable taxes.
The participant for registration should make the payment online at the time of registration itself
Registration Fee once paid to the WSC will not be refunded for any reason.
The Name Card provided is non-transferable. However, Registration is transferable to other persons from the same organization, if the registered person is unable to attend the event. Such transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to the Organizer 10 days prior to the event.
All delegates are requested to keep the Registration Badge all through the conference and exhibition as entry to sessions, lunches, dinners etc. are controlled by the QR code of the registration badge.
If the Organizer forced to postpones the event for any reason you will get a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid and which can be used to participate in the congress during the rescheduled dates
The organizer has all rights reserved to shift the venue, rescheduling the date and timing of the Event at any time and to make any amendments in the above terms and conditions and shall be governed by the laws in India.
The jurisdiction on any matter, claim or dispute arising out of or in any way relating to the WSC, the Kochi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
