OVERSEAS REGISTRATION  HOW TO REGISTER  

 

 

Delegate fee: US $ 500 per delegate. No additional fee for spouse. Spouses can attend lunches, dinners, tours and other social events, but not permitted to attend the conference sessions.

The delegate fee covers attendance at the conference session, conference materials, planned refreshments, lunches/dinners and social events.

To register manually you may fill up the registration form and send it with the bankers cheque/draft/credit card details favouring "World Spice Congress, Cochin" to The Organizing Secretary, World Spice Congress, Spices Board, P B No.2277, Cochin 682 025, India.

Online Registration can be made through Visa/Master Credit Cards. 

Special rates for hotel accommodation are available only for delegates/spouses. Delegates must make their own reservation of rooms directly with the hotel, the details of which are given . Reservation or rooms has to be made before 30th November 2007 (to avail of special rates). The rooms will be reserved by the respective hotels subject to availability. 

Requests for reservation of rooms may be made to the respective hotels with one day's room rent as deposit by cheque/demand draft or guaranteed against your credit card in the format attached. Rooms will be allotted by the respective hotels to the delegates on receipts of the reservation form with the rent deposit, subject to availability, 'on a first-come-first-served' basis.
