TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  1. Size of the ready built stall will be 3m x 3m (1 no. Prime location), 3mx2m (4 nos.)  And 3mx3m (12nos.)  (Total no. of  stalls:17 )

 

  1. Each stall will be provided with fascia ,  3   Spot Lights ,  2  Tables with frills, 4 Plastic Chairs, 1 Plug Point and 1 Shelf Rack.

 

 

  1. Stall Rent will be as follows:

 

a) Stall of size 3mx3m (1 No.)                    :       Rs.35, 000/_up to 15th Oct’ 2007

(Prime location –A)                                         and Rs.39000/_ beyond 16th October & before 30th November, 2007

 

 

b) Stall of size 3mx2m (4 No.)                    :       Rs.30, 000/_up to 15th Oct’ 2007

(B1 to B4)                                                       and Rs.34, 000/_ beyond 16th October & before 30th November, 2007

 

 

b) Stall of size 3mx3m (12 No.)                  :       Rs.25, 000/_up to 15th Oct’ 2007

(C1 to C12)                                                     and Rs.28, 000/_ beyond 16th October & before 30th November, 2007

 

 

The rent should be remitted as Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque drawn in favor of World Spice Congress payable at Ernakulam.

 

 

  1. In case of withdrawal of application, no refund of stall rent will be made after the cut off date i.e., 30th November 2007. If the application is withdrawn before the cut off date, 10 per cent of the stall rent will be deducted towards service charges and the balance paid.

 

  1. The participation is open world wide

 

 

  1. The stall shall be handed over to the exhibitor at 8.00 am on 28.01.2008.

 

  1. Arrangements for display of the exhibits should be completed before 3.00 pm on 28.01.2008.

 

 

  1. the timing of Exhibition will be :

28 January 2008 – 4.30 pm to 10.00 pm

29 January 2008 – 8.30 am to 5.00 pm

30 January 2008 – 8.30 am to 2.00 pm

 

  1. Items other than spices or spice products will not be allowed to be exhibited.

 

  1. Services relating to spice industry will be considered for allotment of stall.

 

 

  1. No machine/equipment will be allowed to be displayed. But their photo panels etc. can be displayed.

 

  1. Only one stall will be allotted to the exhibitor. Allotment of additional stalls however, shall be considered upon vacant stalls.

 

  1. The stall shall be used only by the allottee and not transferable.

 

  1. Each exhibitor will be issued with two passes for those who man the stall. These passes are valid only for the exhibition hall. The exhibitors are not allowed to participate in the business session unless they are registered separately as delegates. Pass holders are entitled to have lunch at the exhibition venue on the dates of the congress.

 

 

  1. The exhibitor may distribute only literature and spices samples and he shall not sell any product at the stall.

 

  1. The exhibits/ products meant for display must conform to high standards.

 

  1. All exhibits must be displayed within the stall.

 

  1. Uniform fascia will be provided for each stall. Under no circumstances will exhibitors be permitted to display their names in any manner other than what is provided by the organizers.

 

  1. No neon or electrically lit decorations shall be used by the exhibitor.

 

  1. No alteration of structure of stall in any form shall be made.

 

  1. No nailing is permitted in the stall. The panels must be fixed using the double sided adhesive tape.

 

  1. Damage to property if any belonging to the organizers shall be assessed by the organizers and their decision shall be final and binding on the exhibitor and such damages will be recovered from the exhibitor.

  2. The stall shall be cleared by exhibitor at 4.00 pm on 30th January, 2008 and handed over back to the organizers.

 

  1. The exhibitor shall not use the space behind the stall or between the stalls for storage or for any other purpose whatsoever.

 

  1. Decision of the organizing committee on allotment of stall shall be the final.
